The hotel boasts a complimentary shuttle to DMCC Metro Station and Dubai Marina Mall, making excursions to the city super convenient and hassle-free. The Standard King Room is spacious, providing a decent place to relax after a day out in the sun and sand.
There’s some maintenance work happening from noon until 5 PM, complete with heavy drilling and noise, which can be quite intrusive. For families, there’s a bit of a hike to Building B from Building A to check in under the blazing sun, not the best start to your stay. Finally, an unsettling fire alarm situation at 6 AM made for a bumpy night's sleep, even if it turned out to be false.

Also, the given room reeked of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room, necessitating an annoying trek to the reception to get another room. Additionally, there were issues with the power supply tripping unexpectedly.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and the service was uh amazing. Vhanessa and Joshua went outta their way to remember our preferences and that made us feel like we were more than just guests. It’s those little details that keep you coming back. And the breakfast? Fantastic. all fresh and a real treat. Also, Esha helped us arrange a surprise birthday decoration that just blew my friend's mind!
